The Pilbara has been home for most of my life. I grew up in Karratha, built my career here and have been fortunate enough to work alongside some incredible people, businesses and community organisations.
Through my work in community engagement, workforce development and local industry, I’ve seen just how much passion, hard work and commitment goes into making things happen in our region.
But I’ve also seen great opportunities missed. Not because the ideas weren’t good enough, but because people simply didn’t have the time or resources to put together a strong application.

I started this business to make grants, award nominations and tenders a little less daunting, offering practical, personalised support from someone who knows the region and genuinely cares about its future.
